Fraud accounts for 41% of crime against individuals according to House of Lords

The UK House of Lords has issued a report offering recommendations to combat fraud, which is the most commonly experienced crime in England and Wales today, accounting for about 41& of all crime against individuals. The report recommends for the failure to prevent fraud being introduced as a new corporate criminal offence, along with significant financial penalties.
