PSFA 23-24 Delivery Plan Published

The Public Sector Fraud Authority (PSFA) has published its 2023/24 Delivery Plan, which sets forth the key activities and outcomes the PFSA expects to deliver by March 2024

The plan outlines five streams through which the PSFA will target its activities:

  • Stream 1: Focus on Performance and Outcomes;
  • Stream 2: Take more, and better, action where fraud occurs;
  • Stream 3: Use data and technology to find, stop and recover fraud;
  • Stream 4: Get more fraud expertise in up front and make a step change in how fraud is prevented; and
  • Stream 5: Strengthen key building blocks for counter fraud work across government.
