JMLSG Publishes Amendments to Part II

The Joint Money Laundering Steering Group (JMLSG) has published final amendments to the following sectors in part II of their guidance, which is awaiting HM Treasury approval.

The revisions are made to the following sections:

  • Sector 8 on Non-life providers of investment fund products;
  • Sector 9 on Discretionary and advisory investment management.

Relevant firms should take note of the revisions and consider any proposed changes applicable to their sector.
