FCA Publishes 2023-24 Business Plan

The FCA has published its Business Plan for 2023/24, detailing the work which the FCA will undertake over the coming 12 months to deliver on its strategic commitments previously published in 2022.

The plan sets forth:

  • The FCA’s strategic and operational objectives for 2023/24;
  • The expected challenges of the year ahead;
  • The FCA’s focuses for 2023/24, to reduce and prevent serious harm, set and test higher standards, and promote competition and positive change;
  • How the FCA will deliver its commitments;
  • The FCA’s budget.
