Singapore's Consultation Paper on Proposed Regulatory Approach for DTSPs

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) published a Consultation on its Proposed Regulatory Approach for Digital Token Service Providers (DTSPs).

 

The consultation sets out MAS’ proposed regulatory approach, regulations, notices and guidelines, seeking feedback on AML/CTF areas including:

  • Licencing processes;
  • Reporting requirements;
  • Technology risk management; and
  • Third party reliance and relationships.

The Consultation will run until 4th November 2024.
