New Paper on FIs Name Screening Approach Outlined by MAS

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has issued a new paper outlining its supervisory expectations for financial institutions’ name screening frameworks and processes.

The paper sets out observations and good practices from thematic inspections conducted by MAS in 2021 which covered selected small and mid-sized firms.
