OFSI's New Financial Sanctions FAQs

The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) published new Financial Sanctions FAQs.

91 new FAQs are available for firms covering the following sanctions regimes and categories:

  • Russia;
  • Russian Oil Services Ban;
  • Libya;
  • General Licensing; and
  • Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories.

Firms can view the FAQs to aide compliance with financial sanctions obligations, as a supplement to OFSI’s primary guidance.
