The Wolfsberg Group has published a new set of FAQs explaining how adverse media screening can enhance a financial institution’s awareness of potential financial crime risk posed by existing and prospective customers.

The FAQs highlight how adverse media screening can inform decisions to onboard, maintain or exit a relationship as well as help firms classify customers and determine the extent of ongoing monitoring.
