SRA Publishes Annual AML Report

The Solicitors Regulation Authority have released their 2021-22 AML Annual Report.

The report highlighted increased steps taken over the past year to boost supervision and bring more firms into compliance.

In line with the report’s recommendations, solicitors should take the opportunity to review their compliance with legal obligations, in particular those linked to financial sanctions.
