HMRC Issues New AML/CTF Guidance for TCSP

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has issued updated guidance on money laundering and terrorist financing risks posed by Trust or Company Service Providers (TCSP).

It is important that Financial Institutions understand and properly appraise the risk presented by each business activity, customer or class of customer and properly reflect this in their risk assessment.
