Serious Fraud Office's Strategy for 2024-2029

Firms can read the strategy to gain further insights into the forthcoming approaches and objectives of the SFO and any potential operational impacts.

The strategy presents the SFO’s objectives and direction for the next five years, including:

  • Testing new serious fraud, bribery and corruption prevention methods through a pilot programme;
  • Exploring new incentivisation measures for whistleblowers; and
  • Strengthening global defence efforts against serious fraud, bribery and corruption through the provision of specialist training for international partners and increasing the SFO’s role in the OECD.
