The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has released a press release highlighting sanctions on the leader of the Bosnian Serbs and a TV station believed to be under his control for his “corrupt activities and continued threats to the stability and territorial integrity” of the Balkan country. Financial Institutions should take time to ensure sanctions screening lists and procedures are updated accordingly.
