The US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has published an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM), asking for comments on beneficial ownership reporting requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). Financial Institutions with operations in the US should take the time to read the proposed rules and provide comment.
