The FATF has released its Follow-Up Report & Technical Compliance Re-Rating for Norway, outlining the country’s progress in addressing technical compliance deficiencies first identified in the 2014 Mutual Evaluation.
The Report highlights that Norway has:
- Been upgraded from “Partially Compliant” to “Largely Compliant” for Recommendations 6 and from “Partially Compliant” to “Compliant” for Recommendation. 16
- Implemented new requirements aligning with updates made by FATF to Recommendation 15 since the Mutual Evaluation Report was conducted in 2014.
