The EU Commission has updated its FAQs concerning sanctions adopted following Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine and Belarus’ involvement in it.

The FAQs relate to the implementation of Council Regulation No 833/2014 and Council Regulation No 269/2014.

Changes have been made to FAQs in the following sections:

• ➡️ Import, purchase & transfer of listed goods; and
• ➡️ Export-related restrictions for dual-use goods and advanced technologies.

Firms can consult the consolidated FAQs and should continue to remain up to date on EU sanctions developments to ensure that they comply with their sanctions obligations.
