The Basel Institute of Governance and The International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators has published a paper highlighting how selected countries are addressing legal, regulatory and enforcement issues around cryptocurrencies and other virtual assets.  The Paper also highlights broader developments needed to bring clarity to laws, policies and practices relating to cryptoassets.
