The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation has updated its Financial Sanctions: General Guidance.

Changes have been made to the following sections:

• Section 6.9: Applying for a specific licence; and
• Section 6.11: Amending licences.

Firms should ensure they’re aware of the latest guidance when complying with their sanctions obligations.
