Our culture, in practice

InPlenitude

InPlenitude exists to strengthen and sustain our culture as we grow. It is employee-led and organised around four roles, so people from every level, role and location have a genuine hand in shaping how we work together.

Each role is a different way of contributing. Select one to see what it involves in practice.

How we listen

Weekly check-ins and structured listening sessions

Leadership share priorities and hear feedback every week, and structured listening sessions run across levels, roles and service lines. What the group hears is turned into insight reports for leadership, and storyboards that capture what it is actually like to work in different teams across Plenitude.

Every week

Leadership check-ins

Leadership share priorities and hear feedback, so what colleagues raise reaches the people who can act on it.

Regularly

Structured listening sessions

Sessions run across levels, roles and service lines, so the picture is not drawn from one part of the firm.

Ongoing

Insight reports and storyboards

What the group hears becomes insight reports for leadership and storyboards of what working here is really like.

Our events

Three kinds of event, running through the year

Cultural and religious moments are marked as they fall rather than on a fixed calendar. The examples below are indicative rather than exhaustive, and colleagues are welcome to propose moments we do not yet mark.

Culture and belonging

Cultural, religious and awareness moments including Iftar, Pride, Black History Month and Diwali, each organised by the colleagues closest to it.

Diversity, equity and inclusion

Inclusion runs through the group, not beside it

Inclusion at Plenitude is driven through InPlenitude and our Women's Network, rather than a separate council or committee. Together, these initiatives help foster an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive and contribute their best work. This commitment is already reflected in our leadership, with women making up 50% of our Executive Leadership Team. We're now focused on building a more comprehensive measurement framework to help us track progress and gain greater insight into the impact of our initiatives.

Women's Network

Runs alongside InPlenitude, with its own programme and its own voice into leadership.

50% female EXCO

Gender balance is reflected in our leadership, with women making up 50% of our Executive Leadership Team.

Diverse mix of faiths, cultures and backgrounds

Our people bring a genuine range of religions, ethnicities and cultures into one group.

Giving back

35 hours a year, and one firm-wide challenge

We commit to giving our colleagues 35 hours per year to take part in voluntary activities, either through one of our partner charities or a charity of your choice. We support two partners for two deliberate reasons: one cause tied to what we do, and one tied to where we do it.

What this means if you join us

Every colleague has a route into shaping our culture

InPlenitude is open to colleagues at every level, role and location, with new members joining on a rolling basis. It is one of the reasons people tell us Plenitude feels different from where they worked before.

OPEN TO EVERYONE

No seniority requirement

Colleagues at every level, role and location are eligible. You do not need to be a manager, or to have been here for years.

CHOSEN BY COLLEAGUES

Members select members

Existing members help choose who joins next, in partnership with People Strategy — so the group stays genuinely employee-led.

REAL INFLUENCE

A direct line to leadership

Members set priorities with People Strategy, give leadership honest feedback, and see their work show up in how the firm actually operates.

InPlenitude sits within the People pillar of our employee value proposition, alongside our Values in Action and our Careers programme. Colleagues who join Plenitude are told how to put themselves forward as part of onboarding.
