He is recognised for combining structured delivery with pragmatic problem-solving, securing stakeholder confidence, and ensuring regulator-ready outcomes.
Before joining Plenitude, Tom worked in Transformation Consulting at a Big Four firm, supporting large-scale remediation, governance, and process optimisation initiatives across banking, payments, and asset management. With a particular interest in how emerging technologies can enhance detection, decision-making, and resilience, Tom enjoys working at the intersection of financial crime risk and innovation. Tom holds a First-Class Honours degree in Business Leadership and Management Practice and is a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
