Paul Freeman

Paul brings over 50 years of experience across financial services as a technology, data and transformation specialist, with senior leadership roles spanning finance, technology and large-scale change.

In his role, Paul works closely with CEO Louise Brett and the leadership team to design and embed a clear operating system, enhance management information and insight, and drive alignment and accountability across the business. 

Paul was previously a Partner at Deloitte LLP, where he led the Banking Capital Management & Analytics practice and served as CEO of Deloitte’s European digital and technology delivery centre.

Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director of Pcubed’s FSI business and held senior executive roles including Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer at leading global organisations, including Lehman Brothers, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, ABN Amro, Enron and Barclays Capital.
