Paul Freeman joins Plenitude as Interim Chief Operating Officer

Plenitude is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Freeman as Interim Chief Operating Officer.

Paul brings over 50 years of experience across financial services, with senior leadership roles spanning finance, technology and large-scale transformation. He joined Plenitude last year as a Senior Advisor and now steps into the Interim COO role to help strengthen the firm’s operating rhythm, governance and decision-making as we continue to scale. 

In this role, Paul will work closely with CEO Louise Brett and the leadership team to design and embed a clear operating system, improve management information and insight, and drive greater alignment and accountability across the business. 

Paul’s previous roles include Partner at Deloitte, where he led the Banking Capital Management & Analytics practice and served as Managing Director of Deloitte’s European digital and technology delivery centre. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive positions including Treasurer, CFO and CIO at leading global financial institutions.
