➡️ The second part of the consultation takes the form of discussion chapters, with core themes including: How the Consumer Duty and access to the Financial Ombudsman Service could apply to regulated cryptoasset activities, considerations around the Conduct of Business Sourcebook (COBS), and the Product Intervention and Product Governance Sourcebook (PROD).
🗓️ The first part of the consultation will run until 15 October, while the second will remain open until 12 November. Cryptoasset service providers (CASPs) have until the deadlines to submit feedback on the consultation using the designated channels.
