Louise Brett

Louise is a highly respected leader in FinTech and Financial Services Innovation with more than two decades of senior experience driving strategy, transformation, and growth across the sector. She has worked extensively with industry, government, regulators, investors, and the broader FinTech community to shape purposeful innovation.

She is passionate about the role of FinTech for Good—championing financial inclusion, female financial equality, and promoting local FinTech excellence on the global stage.

Louise currently serves as UK Chair at TerraPay, a Board Member at Aveni, and sits on the Advisory Boards of Plenitude Consulting and Form Ventures. She also plays an active role in ecosystem initiatives and has previously served as a Board Member at the ScaleUp Institute and led the National Connectivity workstream of HM Treasury’s FinTech Strategic Review.

Prior to these roles, Louise spent over 25 years at Deloitte, where she was Head of FinTech & Financial Services Innovation UK and Europe, shaping strategy and transformation across the industry.

Her contributions have been widely recognised through inclusion in the Women in FinTech Powerlist and her sponsorship of Innovate Finance’s FinTech for Schools initiative. Louise brings deep expertise in financial services, FinTech, customer and channel strategy, analytics, growth and innovation, and disruptive technologies—always with purpose at the core.
