Lee brings rare end-to-end expertise across financial crime compliance and technology - from policy and governance through to the deployment of enterprise-scale screening platforms. He has led global AML and Sanctions screening programmes covering tens of millions of customers, delivered AI and machine learning solutions that materially reduced false positive rates, and shaped operating models across large, geographically complex organisations.

 

His background spans financial crime detection, model governance, KYC data remediation, and Centre of Excellence design, giving him both the technical depth and operational experience to advise clients on screening technology, compliance transformation, and financial crime risk management.

 

Lee holds a Computer Science degree from Edinburgh Napier University and is a London Business School alumnus.
