He has a proven track record in successfully shaping and delivering complex and business-critical programmes, with specific expertise in enterprise architecture, AI, and financial crime transformation.
Carl has acted as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders at Tier 1 and challenger banks across the UK and Europe, and has led large scale teams on programmes exceeding £150m. His expertise spans financial crime technology, AML, KYC, fraud and sanctions, alongside enterprise architecture, target operating model design, and the practical application of AI, GenAI, and agentic architectures in regulated environments.
As a transformation specialist, Carl has designed and led multi-year programmes for global financial institutions, providing strategic advice to CXOs and Heads of Financial Crime, Technology, and Operations on how to combine compliance expertise with AI, data, and technology to deliver stronger regulatory, operational, and commercial outcomes.
