With over a year of strategy consulting experience, Alvan brings a strong background in research, analysis, and organisational transformation to his role as a Junior Consultant within Plenitude’s Advisory and Transformation team. He has worked across multiple industries, supporting projects focused on culture change, purpose implementation, and strategic transformation. Through this, Alvan has developed strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Alvan is passionate about safeguarding financial integrity, and he is particularly interested in leading transformation programmes from design through to implementation, ensuring clients achieve lasting and measurable change.
