Aliyah is an Human Resources Associate within the People Team, collaborating across Operations, Strategy, and L&D. She focuses on employee experience and organisational transformation, using a user-centric, data-driven approach to improve how people work and grow.

With a BSc (Hons) in Marketing Management, HRCI PHR certification, and progress toward CIPD accreditation, Aliyah brings both strategic and operational expertise. Her experience spans HR operations, L&D initiatives, and UX-informed process design, all aimed at creating positive, high-engagement workplaces.
