Ciarán McMullan is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from University College Dublin and a Junior Consultant at Plenitude Consulting, with experience spanning advisory, transformation, and project management roles for Tier 1 banks and regulatory bodies.
He has delivered strategic initiatives including designing end-to-end process models and leading the Customer Experience segment for a UAE Tier 1 bank, presenting Target Operating Model (TOM) components in client workshops, and ensuring alignment with regulations, policies, and industry standards. In the UK, Ciarán has supported major financial crime compliance programmes, reviewing policies, interpreting new regulations, and standardising documentation to streamline operations.
As a Junior Project Manager, he managed governance frameworks, RAID logs, and stakeholder engagement for real-time screening enhancements, while leading delivery of bespoke MI solutions for sanctions and adverse media. His regulatory experience includes contributing to FCA sandbox development through synthetic data design. Previously, as an Investment Analyst at Broadlake Capital, he conducted market research, built financial models, and supported acquisition strategies through rigorous due diligence.
Ciarán is an ICA Associate, holds advanced Excel financial modelling training, and has a strong interest in AML, CTF, and ABC compliance.
