Helen’s exposure as Head of People means she has worked on transformational people projects including: structure and scalability for hyper growth, investment, cohesion and of growth of senior leadership teams, building robust recruitment processes and in house talent acquisition management teams, ensuring we are hiring right, implementation of HR systems, DE&I, creating employee value proposition and culture.
