FCA Consultation on Proposed Changes to the Financial Crime Guide

Stakeholders, including firms regulated by the FCA and those subject to requirements under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, can provide feedback until 27th June 2024.

Changes are proposed to the following sections of the Guidance:

Sanctions;
Proliferation financing;
Transaction monitoring;
Cryptoassets; and
Consumer Duty.
