Director of Growth

Edward leads Plenitude’s commercial strategy, strategic client relationships and market expansion. 

He has more than 20 years’ experience across financial services, management consulting and enterprise technology, with a track record of building new markets, scaling commercial teams and delivering large-scale change.

Before joining Plenitude, Edward held senior leadership roles at Nuix and Palantir Technologies, working with organisations adopting advanced data, analytics and AI capabilities. At Nuix, he led growth in the UK and Ireland corporate market, with wider responsibility across Western Europe.

Earlier in his career, Edward held senior roles at Capco, HSBC, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch/Bank of America, where he led regulatory and operational transformation programmes and advised senior stakeholders on strategy and technology.

At Plenitude, Edward is focused on growing the business, deepening strategic partnerships and combining specialist expertise with technology to help financial institutions respond to changing financial crime risks.
