The Serious Fraud Office (UK) secured court approval for its tenth Deferred Prosecution Agreement (“DPA”) with Amec Foster Wheeler Energy Limited after taking responsibility for 10 corruption offences in Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, India and Brazil.
