The guidance aims to inform whistleblowers and others who wish to report suspected breaches of UK sanctions to OFSI.

Key areas covered in the guidance include:

➡️ How to decide whether to submit a confidential report;

➡️ How OFSI will handle information provided and privacy protection;

➡️ Protections and OFSI support for whistleblowers; and

➡️ Making reports via email.
