The Joint Money Laundering Steering Group (JMLSG) has published proposed amendments to Part I of its Guidance, to reflect changes made by The Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) (High-risk Countries) Regulations 2022 and The Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2022. The updates are in relation to; high risk third countries, trusts and proliferation financing.
